The principal at Kearns Junior High, Kandace Barber says 5-6 students were hit. Three of them were taken to the hospital.

The white passenger vehicle ended up on its roof after it hit a curb and rolled.

Police have not said whether the car rolled before or after the kids were hit.

Kearns Junior High School is located at 4040 W. 5305 South.
