In the past few days our law firm has received multiple media requests for information regarding the litigation involving the former child star actor, Gary Coleman, of Diff’rent Strokes, and Colt Rushton of Spanish Fork, Utah. Mr. Rushton alleged he was injured in an incident that occurred on September 8,2008, in a bowling alley parking lot in Payson, Utah. Mr. Rusthon was represented by Dustin Lance and The Lance Firm, P.C, in a civil lawsuit filed in the Fourth District Court.
