The Lance Firm, P.C., of Salt Lake City, Utah, is pleased to announce that our founding member / personal injury attorney, Dustin Lance, has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his recent work on a tire defect case / wrongful death case.  Due to his litigation efforts, a substantial recovery was obtained for his injured clients and their heirs.

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum was established in 1993 and is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.  Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members throughout the country, however, there are only a dozen or so member trial attorneys in Utah.  Fewer than 1% of all licensed U.S. lawyers are members.  To qualify as a member, attorneys are required to complete a detailed application demonstrating that he or she has met the qualification of having acted as principal counsel in one or more cases which resulted in a final judgment (not subject to appeal or modification), award or settlement in favor of his or her client in the amount of one million dollars or more.
