Attorneys Colin King and Dustin Lance will hold a press conference on the steps of the Frank E. Moss Federal Courthouse located at 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, on June 23, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the filing of civil lawsuit.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT (June 22, 2011) The attorneys will discuss allegations against 28-year-old Eric Allen Glosson of Denver, Colorado, who was arrested in Panguitch, Utah, on Sunday, June 19, 2011. Glosson is accused of molesting numerous teenage male residents at a youth treatment center in Southern Utah. A civil suit will be filed by the firm of Dewsnup, King & Olsen on behalf of several of the minors victimized by Mr. Glosson who it is alleged was improperly hired, supervised and retained by his employer. As of the time of this release, the lawsuit names four unidentified “John Doe” minors although the exact number of abuse victims is still unknown.
Glosson, worked at the Silverado Academy, a 200-acre ranch in southern Utah that advertises itself as a clinical boarding school for teens between 13 and 18 years old. The founder, executive director and part owner of the academy is former U.S. Senate candidate Tim Bridgewater.
