Rushton v. Coleman Lawsuit Complaint and Hospital Treatment Photos |

Colt Ruston of Spanish Fork filed a Complaint beginning the civil lawsuit against actor, Gary Coleman, in the Provo Fourth District Court on September 17, 2008.
The allegations are that Coleman, Shannon Price, his wife, and Paul Rohbock assaulted Rushton, stole his cell phone and finally Coleman ran Rushton over with his truck. All this because Rushton took a couple of cell phone photos of Coleman. As you can see from the injuries, Colt's injuries are legitimate and serious. Fortunately, Colt will recover. Regardless of what you think of Colt and/or his actions, he definately did not deserve this. Moreover, this is not the first time Coleman has done something like this. In the past, Coleman assaulted a woman because she asked for his autograph. Perhaps its time Coleman seeks counseling for his anger management problem.
